A day of rest. Too bad it's a rest day today. We could've come up with a good one for my birthday. :)
Great forearm blaster-post workout. Carry 25# plates with your fingers for 400 m. Try to limit the amount of times you put the plates down for rest.
Good luck to Jim and Luke on their 1/2 marathon today. I'm sure you'll represent our small gym well.

That was a hard one. Finished at 1:52 and some change.
Brutal...got a 1:44+ and was not far from needing medical attention!
