30 Abmat Sit ups
30 Squats
**A sprawl is similar to a burpee, but less structured. Basically, just drop to the ground in a push up position and get back up. Easy!

wait, i thought that's what a burpee was anyway?
It's pretty close, MC's done them before and should know how...there's no jump at the end.
