The Tabernacle Gym was slowly created by friends who have a passion for fitness. The gym is growing as new equipment continues to flow in making the workouts challenging and yes, fun. These are high intensity, constantly varied, functional movement workouts designed to push you to a whole new level of fitness. It doesn't matter if your just beginning your fitness regimen or have been training for years. All the workouts are scaleable to your individual skill and fitness level. "Anyone can finish. Have fun with today's workout. miss you guys. I did a portion of the workout from Saturday at the gym...It was a good one, I am so sore. 10min as many weighted burpees using 15lb dumbbells. I was able to complete 80.

Nicely done! Today's workout, Helen, always thrashes me. It took me a good 15 min of hovering over the sink to shake Mr Pukie after that one.

Yeah....I actually miss the runs up your driveway. I need to learn how to sprint...still working on the pullups...
