Troy did this workout at the gym...PR the deadlift at 195 and PR backsquat of 160...questioned the backsquat because I used the assissted rack/machine...it glides seems too easy...oh well will have to see at the 'real' gym when you have this again.--Dawn
Regardless, good for you. Jim, where you been? I need the motivation.
