**Traveling Burpees are regular burpees, except for you will be jumping forward as far as you can instead of straight up. Keep doing burpees until you jump 50'.

Fellow SDPD Officer and SWAT Officer Federico Borjas was killed last week in Afghanistan standing a sentry post while serving our country in the Army National Guard. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace, brother.
