
Do 1 Pushup & 1 Situp the 1st minute.
Do 2 Pushups & 2 Situps the 2nd minute.
Do 3 Pushups & 3 Situps the 3rd minute.
Etc, until you can't do the work in the minute provided.
Then, reduce the reps by 5 and continue for another 5 minutes.
